PM-SETU Scheme 2025 - भारत के 1000 ITIs को आधुनिक बनाने की क्रांतिकारी योजना

भारत के कौशल विकास के इतिहास में 4 अक्टूबर 2025 का दिन एक ऐतिहासिक मोड़ साबित हुआ। इसी दिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने PM-SETU (Pradhan Mantri Skilling and Employability Transformation through Upgraded ITIs) योजना का शुभारंभ किया। यह योजना न केवल एक सरकारी प्रोग्राम है, बल्कि भारत के 1000 सरकारी Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) को आधुनिक, industry-aligned संस्थानों में रूपांतरित करने का एक विशाल प्रयास है।

800 Spoke ITIs: ये smaller training centers हैं जो hub ITIs से जुड़े होंगे। Spokes का मुख्य उद्देश्य remote और underdeveloped regions में quality training को accessible बनाना है। एक spoke ITI अपने क्षेत्र के लिए hub के curriculum को adapt करके implement करेगी, लेकिन local industry demands को भी ध्यान में रखेगी।

Anchor Industry Partners: Private Sector का दिल

PM-SETU की एक और innovative feature है Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) with Anchor Industry Partners। हर cluster के लिए एक credible industry partner (जैसे Mahindra, Bajaj, Siemens, आदि) को anchor के रूप में designate किया जाएगा। ये anchor partners:

पारंपरिक ITIs में problem था कि कोई भी नया course launch करने में साल लग जाते थे। PM-SETU में industry partners directly curriculum design में involved हैं। नए, demand-driven courses introduce किए जाएंगे जो वर्तमान market needs को address करते हैं। साथ ही, existing courses को industry collaboration के साथ revamp किया जाएगा। इसका मतलब है कि एक Mechanical Engineering course में अगर AI/Robotics elements हैं, तो वे सीधे industry leaders द्वारा define किए जाएंगे।

Timeline क्या है?

हालांकि official timeline clarify नहीं किया गया है, लेकिन expectation है कि Phase 1 को 2-3 साल में complete करके Phase 2 में जाना होगा। Full rollout सभी 1000 ITIs में 5-7 साल में complete हो जाना चाहिए। यह एक ambitious timeline है, लेकिन government के commitment को देखते हुए possible है।

Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria

Step 1: Check Your Local ITI

PM-SETU के तहत Phase 1 में focus है Patna, Darbhanga और 15 hub-spoke clusters पर। अपने नजदीकी ITI को check करो कि क्या यह PM-SETU cluster में शामिल है। Government की official website या skill.gov.in पर देख सकते हो।

Step 2: Choose Your Trade/Course

आप किस field में interested हो, यह decide करो। हर trade के लिए duration अलग है:

• Diploma courses: 2-3 साल
• Short-term: 3-6 महीने
• Executive/Reskilling: 2-4 महीने

Step 3: Gather Required Documents

अब ITIs ज्यादातर online portal के through admission ले रहे हैं। Process है:

a) PM-SETU scheme का आधिकारिक पोर्टल खोलो या अपनी ITI की website जाओ
b) Application form fill करो with your details
c) Fee submit करो (general course के लिए nominal या free)
d) Confirmation number प्राप्त करो

Step 5: Entrance Test (यदि applicable हो) और Document Verification
