- Shot Put (16 lbs) - minimum 14 feet
For Female Candidates:
- 1 KM run in 7 minutes
- High Jump - minimum 2 feet 6 inches
- Long Jump - minimum 7 feet
- Shot Put (12 lbs) - minimum 8 feet
