Selection Process and Exam Pattern
Selection Process
Selection involves Tier-I (Online Exam), Tier-II (Motor Mechanism & Driving Test cum Interview), and merit list preparation.
Tier-I Exam Details
- 100 Objective Questions
- Duration: 1 Hour
- Subjects: General Awareness, Transport Rules, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English (20 marks each)
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
Tier-II Exam Details
- Marks: 50
- Driving Test and Practical Vehicle Mechanics Assessment
- Minimum qualifying marks: 40%
Cut-offs (Tier-I): UR - 30, OBC - 28, SC/ST - 25, EWS - 30
Candidates selected for Tier-II are 10 times the vacancies based on Tier-I performance.
