About the UPSC NDA/NA-I Examination 2026 Online Application Form
Applicants must upload a scanned photograph, signature, and valid photo ID according to UPSC specifications. Application fees of Rs. 100 apply to General and OBC candidates; SC/ST and female candidates are exempt. Payment can be completed via Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Born between 02 July 2007 and 01 July 2010. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
Educational Qualification:
Army Wing: Passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from recognized board.
Air Force & Naval Academy: Passed 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics.
Physical Standards: Candidates must meet UPSC's physical and medical requirements.
Application Fee Details
The application fee is Rs. 100 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates. No fee for SC/ST and female candidates. Payment modes include Debit Card, Credit Card, and Net Banking.

- Complete one-time registration (if not registered).
- Log in and fill application parts I and II with all required details.
- Upload photograph, signature, and photo ID proof as specified.

- Submit the form and print the confirmation page.
Selection Process
Selection is through a two-stage process:
Stage 1: Written examination comprising Mathematics and General Ability Test papers.
Stage 2: Service Selection Board (SSB) interview including psychological tests and group tasks.
Shortlisted candidates undergo medical examination before final admission.
Vacancy Information
Note: Vacancies for NDA/NA-I 2026 are not yet announced. Expected total vacancies are approximately 400 including Army, Navy, Air Force, and Naval Academy entries as per previous years.
Salary and Pay Scale
During training at NDA or Naval Academy, cadets receive stipend. After commissioning, pay follows Level 10 Pay Matrix under 7th CPC, approximately Rs. 56,100 basic pay plus allowances.
