UPPSC Medical Officer & Other Posts Recruitment 2025

2. Complete One Time Registration (OTR) at otr.pariksha.nic.in at least 72 hours before applying.
3. Navigate to 'Notifications' and locate Advt. D-6/E-1/2025.
4. Read the official notification carefully before applying.
5. Click on 'Apply Online' and fill in personal & educational details accurately.
6. Upload scanned photo and signature as per prescribed size and format.
7. Upload necessary documents, certificates and ensure clarity and legibility.
8. Pay application fee online using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallet.
9. Submit the form and take a printout of the application form for future reference.

- Colored passport size photograph (recent, clear, background white)

- Registration certificates for Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Veterinary, Dental etc.
- Caste and domicile certificates (if applicable)

1. Written Exam (Screening Test with 75% weightage)
