RRB Ministerial & Isolated Category Recruitment 2026

RRB Ministerial & Isolated Category Recruitment 2026 is conducted by Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) under Centralised Employment Notice No. 08/2025. Candidates can apply online from 30 December 2025 to 29 January 2026. The recruitment is for a total of 312 vacancies across multiple ministerial and isolated posts.

Applicants must ensure they fulfill the post-wise educational qualifications and age criteria. The official detailed notification was released on 29 December 2025.

1. Visit the official RRB application portal: Apply Online.
2. Register with valid email and phone number.
3. Fill in personal, educational, and contact details carefully.
4. Upload scanned copies of photograph and signature as per specifications.
5. Pay application fee online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, IMPS or Mobile Wallet before 31 January 2026.
6. Review your application thoroughly before final submission.
7. Download and save acknowledgment slip after submission.

• Educational qualification certificates as per post requirement.
• Valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport, etc.).
• Scanned recent passport size photograph and signature.
• Caste certificate if applicable.
• PwBD certificate if applicable.
• Ex-servicemen certificate if applicable.

Applicants can modify their application from 1 February 2026 to 10 February 2026 via the official portal for corrections of any errors in the application form. No corrections will be accepted after this window.

Admit cards will be issued on the official RRB websites before the examination. Candidates must download and carry their admit cards along with valid photo ID to the exam center. Exact dates will be notified in due course.

The selection includes:

• Computer-Based Test (CBT) covering professional ability, general awareness, reasoning, mathematics and general science specific to the post.
• Typing or Skill Test where applicable.
• Document Verification to verify eligibility and certificates.
• Medical Examination for physical fitness.

For Junior Translator, tests include English, Hindi language and general knowledge sections.

Syllabus includes:

• Professional Ability related to the specific post.
• General Awareness.
• General Intelligence & Reasoning.
• Mathematics.
• General Science.

Results and merit lists will be declared on the official RRB website. Selected candidates will be called for document verification followed by medical examination. Joining instructions will be provided after successful completion of all stages.
