Indian Airforce Agniveer Vayu Intake 01/2027 online application started from 12 January 2026 and will close on 01 February 2026. The exam is scheduled on 30-31 March 2026. The selection process consists of multiple phases:

• Phase I: Online Test covering English, General Awareness, Reasoning, and Science.
• Phase II: Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
• Phase III: Medical Examination.
• Phase IV: Adaptability Tests I & II.

Only candidates who clear all these stages will be shortlisted for final recruitment.

Height Requirements: Male - 152.5 cms, Female - 152 cms, For North East/Hilly Areas - 147 cms, Lakshadweep - 150 cms.

Chest: Minimum 77 cms with expansion of 5 cms.

Weight: Proportionate to height and age.

Physical Tests: Running 1.6 km in 7 minutes (Male), 8 minutes (Female); 10 Push-ups in 1 minute (Male); 10 Sit-ups in 1 minute (Male), 1.30 minutes for Female; 20 Squats in 1 minute (Male), 15 squats for female in 1 minute.

The monthly package for Agniveer Vayu is as follows:

• 1st Year: ₹30,000 (In-hand ₹21,000 + ₹9,000 Corpus Fund)
• 2nd Year: ₹33,000 (In-hand ₹23,100 + ₹9,900 Corpus Fund)
• 3rd Year: ₹36,500 (In-hand ₹25,580 + ₹10,950 Corpus Fund)
• 4th Year: ₹40,000 (In-hand ₹28,000 + ₹12,000 Corpus Fund)

Exit package after 4 years is Rs 10.04 Lakh under Seva Nidhi Package with total amount Rs 5.02 Lakhs expected accumulation.

• Only unmarried candidates of both genders are eligible.
