UPSSSC Pharmacist Recruitment 2026 Application Process
How to Apply:
- Visit the official website of UPSSSC at https://upsssc.gov.in/.
- Click on the recruitment notification for Pharmacist (Bheshajik) Recruitment 2026.
- Register yourself if you are a new user using valid email ID and mobile number.
- Log in and fill the UPSSSC Pharmacist online application form carefully.
- Upload required documents as per specifications (photo, signature) using ImageResizer for proper sizing.
- Pay the application fee online through Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, or Mobile Wallet.
- Submit the final application form and take a printout for future reference.

Documents Required for Application
- Class 10th and 12th certificates
- Diploma in Pharmacy certificate and mark sheets
- Registration certificate from Uttar Pradesh State Pharmacy Council
- Valid PET-2025 scorecard (mandatory)
- Recent passport size photograph and signature in prescribed format and size
- Caste certificate if applicable (SC/ST/OBC/EWS)
- Disability certificate if applicable
- Ex-serviceman certificate if applicable

Fee Structure:
General, OBC, EWS: ₹25/-
SC/ST: ₹25/-
PH Candidates: ₹25/-
Last date for fee payment is 29 March 2026.
Payment modes accepted include Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card, and Mobile Wallet.
Correction and Admit Card Details
Correction Window:
Candidates can make corrections in their application form till 05 April 2026.
Important:
Ensure all details are correct to avoid disqualification.
Admit Card:
Will be released before the examination date on the official website. Candidates must download and carry it to the exam center.
Selection Procedure and Exam Pattern
Selection Stages:
- Mains Written Exam (100 questions, 100 marks, 2 hours)
- Document Verification
Exam Pattern Details:
- Pharmacy: 65 questions
- Computer/IT: 15 questions
- Uttar Pradesh GK: 20 questions

Valid PET-2025 scorecard is mandatory for eligibility.
