- General & Other States candidates required to pay ₹560, OBC, SC, ST candidates ₹310. Payment via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card / Mobile Wallet.
- Minimum age 18 years. Maximum age 40 for UR/EWS, 45 for OBC/SC/ST/PH/Female as on 01 Jan 2026. Age relaxations as per govt regulations.

MPESB Group 5 Paramedical Recruitment 2026 Application Process
How to Apply Online for MPESB Group 5 2026
Candidates must visit the official MPESB website to fill the online application form starting from 13 March 2026 till 27 March 2026 before 11:59 PM. Ensure all form fields are correctly filled, especially personal details and educational qualifications.

Documents Required for Upload
- Scanned passport size photograph and signature as per specifications available at ImageResizer.
- Educational certificates and diplomas.
- Category certificate (if applicable).
- Physically handicapped certificate (if applicable).
- Valid ID proof.
Application Fee and Payment Details
The application fee is ₹560 for General and Other States candidates, and ₹310 for OBC, SC, ST categories. Payment must be made online only via Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Card or Mobile Wallet before 27 March 2026.
Important: Keep transaction receipt safely for further reference and document verification.
Age Limit and Relaxation Details
Minimum age is 18 years. The maximum age limit is 40 years for General and EWS candidates and 45 years for OBC, SC, ST, Physically Handicapped and Female candidates as on 01 January 2026.
