How to Apply for UPSSSC Assistant Boring Technician 2026
Step 2: Register using your PET-2025 credentials or create new registration if not existing.
Step 3: Login with your registration number and OTP verification sent to your registered mobile/email.
Step 4: Verify pre-filled personal details carefully, correct any errors during correction window before final submission.
Step 5: Upload scanned documents - recent coloured photograph (as per PET), black ink signature as per specifications. Use ImageResizer tool if needed.
Step 6: Pay the application fee of Rs. 25 through Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, or SBI e-challan.
Step 7: Print the confirmation page for future reference. Keep this safely until joining.

The examination is Computer Based Test (CBT), duration 90 minutes, total 120 questions, 120 marks.

- Hindi Language & Writing - 15 Qs (15 marks)
- Professional Knowledge (Boring Tech) - 15 Qs (15 marks)
- General Knowledge - 15 Qs (15 marks)
- Trade Knowledge (Mechanical/ITI related) - 60 Qs (60 marks)
Negative marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.

Candidates must have cleared UPSSSC PET-2025 for eligibility.
Selection is based on merit in the written examination followed by document verification.
