Additional Information
- Application fee is ₹500 for General/OBC/EWS male candidates. Female candidates, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from fee payment. Fee payment last date is 2026-04-30.
- General/EWS upper age limit is 26 years, OBC (NCL) is 29 years, and SC/ST is 31 years. PwBD candidates get relaxation as per applicable category rules, generally 10-15 years based on category and notification provisions.

Kaise apply karein
- Official portal npcilcareers.co.in par जाएँ aur recruitment section open karein.
- New registration karein aur valid email/mobile number use karein.
- Application form me personal details, educational qualification, GATE score details, category, and address fill karein.
- Required documents upload karein: photo, signature, GATE scorecard, degree/provisional certificate, semester-wise marksheets.
- Fee payment eligible category ke अनुसार karein.
- Final submit se pehle preview carefully check karein.
- Submitted form ka printout aur payment receipt safe rakhein.
Document upload guide
Upload karne ke liye usually ye documents chahiye hote hain:
- Recent passport-size photo
- Signature
- Valid GATE 2024/2025/2026 scorecard
- Degree certificate / provisional certificate
- All semester marksheets
- Category certificate, if applicable
- PwBD certificate, if applicable
Image rules: Photo and signature JPEG format me honi chahiye. Agar image resize karni ho to ImageResizer tool use karein. File size notification instructions ke according रखें.
Eligibility aur selection process
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) ya 5-year Integrated M.Tech with minimum 60% marks and valid GATE score.
Selection: Shortlisting GATE score ke basis par hoti hai, phir Personal Interview hota hai. Final merit interview performance par depend karegi.
Document Verification: Interview ke time original certificates, marksheets, category proof, and GATE scorecard carry karein.
Note: Final year students ko 2026-11-30 tak final marksheet submit karni hogi.
Salary, training aur joining details
Training stipend: notification and source-wise figures vary; user-provided details mention ₹55,000/month during training and some sources mention higher consolidated figures with allowances.
Post-training post: Scientific Officer/C in Group A, Pay Level 10 with basic pay ₹56,100.
Other benefits: service bond, medical standards, and posting anywhere in NPCIL units/sites/offices apply.
Important: Medical fitness and service bond are mandatory before final joining.
