Application fee: Rs. 500 for General/OBC/EWS candidates.

Exempted categories: SC, ST, PwBD and all female candidates.

Monthly salary: Fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 55,000.

Other benefits: HRA or company accommodation, night shift allowance where applicable, and medical facilities for self, spouse and two children.

Tenure: Initial engagement is for 3 years, extendable by 2 more years based on performance and organizational requirement.
