The Indian Navy has announced for the recruitment to the various Short Service Commission (SSC) Officers for course commencing Jan 2026 onwards at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala of Executive Branch, Education Branch and Technical Branch. These Posts are Executive Branch {GS(X)/ Hydro Cadre} , Pilot , Naval Air Operations Officer(Observers), Air Traffice Controller (ATC), Logistics ,Education and Others.

Selection Procedure consist of following stages :-

1.Shortlisting of Candidates on the basis of qualifications

2.SSB Interview

3.Medical Examination

4.Merit list 

5.Training and Probation Period

6.Appointment

Shortlisting of Candidates on the basis of qualifications: Marks obtained by the candidates in the qualifying degree will be normalised using formulae mentioned in Join Indian Navy website (URL:- https://www.joinindiannavy.gov.in/files/normalisation.pdf)

 BE/ B.Tech. For candidates who have completed or in final year of BE/ B.Tech, marks obtained upto fifth semester will be considered for SSB shortlisting.

Post-Graduate Degree Programme : For candidates who have completed MSc, MCA, MBA, M.Tech, marks obtained in all semesters will be considered. For candidates who are in final year, shortlisting will be based on pre-final year performance.

One Application Restriction : Only one application can be filled by a candidate.

Salary and Allowances (Sub Lieutenant) : Rs 1,10,000/- (approximately) per month along with other allowances.
