Selection Procedure consists of following stages :-

1.Shortlisting of candidates on the basis of Qualifications

2.Written Test/Computer Based Test

3.Personal Interview

4.Medical Examination

Multi Stage Selection Process : The organisation can conduct multi- stage selection process like Shortlisting , Written Test/CBT ,personal interview in order to restrict the number of candidates for further selection process. It is not compulsory that all the above stages of selection process will be conducted , it just depend upon situation.

Assistant Executive Salary : Rs.55,000/-

Allowances : HRA or Company Accommodation , Night Shift allowance and medical facility for self , spouse ,two children and dependent parents.
