Pay Scale : Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 12,00,000/- on the basis of experience.
Other Benefits and Allowances : Apart from the above Fixed CTC, candidates will be eligible for performance linked variable pay is over and above this fitment and done in accordance with the HDFC Bank's annual reward plan & employee can avail the subsidized staff loans upon confirmation (6 months) which can not be encashed.
