Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has announced for the recruitment to the temporary posts of Constables/Driver and Constables/Driver-Cum-Pump-Operator(Driver For Fire Services) in CISF . Total Seats under this vacancy is 1124.

Selection Process consists of following steps :

1.Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

PET Events and Parameters:-

800 Mtrs Run : Time Duration {In 3 minutes 15 seconds} 

Long Jump - Distance {11 feet (03 chances)} 

High Jump - Height {3 feet 6 inches (03 chances)}

 

There is no appeal in PET.

 

2.Physical Standard Test (PST) :

For General, EWS, SC and OBC candidates Height and Chest Measurement : 

Height : 167 Cms

Chest : Minimum 80 Cms  with minimum expansion of 05 CMs i.e. 80 - 85.

4.Trade Test : It  Is only Qualifying in Nature .

Name of the test,Total Marks and Qualifying Marks :-

1 Driving test for Light Vehicle -  50 (Total marks ) ,  25 (Qualifying Marks).

2 Driving test for Heavy Vehicle - 50 (Total marks ) ,  25 (Qualifying Marks).

3 Practical knowledge of motor mechanism and ability to carry out minor repair of vehicles. - 30 (Total marks ) ,  15 (Qualifying Marks).

 

5.Written Examination : 

Total Question : 100 Questions 

Total Score : 100 Marks (Max.)

Total Duration : 120 Minutes

Question Type : Objective Multiple choice Type 

Language Of Examination : English and Hindi

No Negative Marking : There shall be no negative marking.

 

Minimum percentage of marks for qualifying for next stage i.e. Medical Examination (DME/RME) will be as under :-
UR/EWS/Ex. Servicemen : 35% and SC/ST/OBC : 33% .

 

6.Medical Examination : PET/PST, Documentation & Trade Test and Written Examination qualified candidates can appear for medical examination.

 Fit or Unfit : Candidates will be declared either FIT or UNFIT. No candidate will be declared astemporary unfit.

 

category wise merit list for UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS & ESM will be drawn separately based on aggregate marks obtained in written exam by the candidate and number of vacancies allotted to each post.
