About the Vacancy : Central Bank Of India CBI 1000 Credit Officer Recruitment 2025 Notification
The Central Bank Of India (CBI) has released a notification for job opening to the Posts of Credit Officer in Junior Management Grade Scale I. Total Seats under this vacancy is 1000.

Credit History : Candidates should have a minimum CIBIL score of 650 or above at the time of joining of the Central Bank of India .
Selection Procedure and Exam Pattern of : CBI Credit Officer Exam 2025
Selection Procedure consists of following steps :-
1.Online Test & Descriptive Test
2.Personal Interview
3.Document Verification
4.Medical Examination
5.Admission For Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF)

1.Online Test & Descriptive Test :
Pattern of Online Test : -
Descriptive Test : It is in English Language (Letter writing & Essay) .
It is evaluated by an automated scoring mechanism for checking writing proficiency.
No Negative Marking : No marks will be deducted for wrong answers.
Total Duration : 2 Hours
Minimum Cut-Off Score : A minimum score in each test of online examination and also a minimum total score is needed to be shortlisted for next stage of selection.
2.Personal Interview: Total Score alloted for interview is 50.
Minimum qualifying marks - 50% For General/EWS category candidates
45% For SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.
Final Selection : Final selecton will be based on the marks obtained in the Online Examination and Personal Interview.
The Final Selection of the candidates will be done after medical examination/medical fitness certificate and document verification.
Course Admission : After final Selection ,candidates will have to compulsorly pass the Post - Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) course of 1 year (9 months of classroom training & 3 months of On-job Training ) before permanent joining in the bank

Note: The hand written declaration has to be in the candidate’s hand writing and in English only on a white paper with black or blue ink.. The text should NOT BE IN CAPITAL LETTERS.
