1.Post Name : Engineer (Chemical) ( 15 Seats/Vacancies)
Essential Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech./B.Sc Engg. First Class in Chemical / Petroleum / Petrochemicals Engineering. (60% marks)
Maximum Age limit: 26 years
2.Post Name : Engineer (Mechanical) (3 Seats)
Essential Qualification :B.E. / B.Tech./B.Sc Engg. First Class in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
Maximum Age limit:26 years
3.Post Name : Engineer (Electrical) ( 4 Seats)
Essential Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech./B.Sc Engg. First Class in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 60% marks
Maximum Age limit – 26 years
4.Post Name : Assistant Officer (Official Language) (1 Seat)
Essential Qualification :Post Graduation or its equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level/Graduation (60% marks).
Desirable : Diploma in Hindi or other 3 Month Certification Courses.
Experience : 02 years of experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi or vice - Versa.
Maximum Age limit: 28 years
5.Post Name :Officer (HR) Human Resources (2 Seats)
Essential Qualification :Post Graduate Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare / Master of Social Work / Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare / Human Resources (60% marks).
Experience : Min.02 years of experience in HR related works .
Maximum Age limit: 28 years
Selection Procedure and Exam Patten Of : CPCL Various Executive Posts Exam 2025
Selection Procedure consists of following steps :-
1.Online Test
2.Group Discussion/Task
3.Personal Interview
4.Medical Examination
5.Appointment
Weightage of Written Test Marks and Personal Interview is 85 : 15 .

Total Score : 120 Marks
Total Duration : 02 Hours
Question Type : Objective type multiple choice questions
Total Questions : 120 Questions
Marking Scheme : 01 mark for each questions
Negative Marking : 1/4 mark per wrong answer per question shall be deducted
Subject and Marks :-
1.General Aptitude (Verbal Ability, G.K, Reasoning / Logical Deductions & Numerical Ability) -- 50 marks
2. Concerned discipline/Profession knowledge -- 70 marks
Minimum marks in written test and Personal Interview which is as follows: -
UR/EWS/OBC – 40% Marks
SC/ST /PwBD – 35% Marks
Salary and Allowances Of : CPCL Recruitment 2025 ,25 Executive Posts
Pay Scale (Post Code 01,02,03,05) : ₹ 50,000 -1,60,000.
For Above Posts CTC is ₹ 19.5 lakhs per annum.
Pay Scale (Post Code 04) : ₹ 40,000 - 1,40,000.
For Above Posts CTC is₹ 16.5 lakhs per annum.
Allowances : Basic Pay, Industrial pattern of DA, HRA, Cafeteria, Conveyance Maintenance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, LFA (lumpsum) / LTC, Reimbursement of Medical expenses for Self and dependents and other benefits including Superannuation benefits depending upon company rules .
