Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has release a notification for Recruitment to the Posts of 150 Engineer Trainees and 250 Supervisor Traineers  . Total seats under this vacancy is 417.

Selection Procedure (For Enginer Trainee) consists of following steps :-

1.Computer Based Examination (CBE)

2.Interview &

3.Document Verification

4. Medical Examination

5. Appointment

 

The Weightage of the Computer Based Examination (CBE) and the Interview is 75:25.

 

1.Computer Based Examination (CBE) :

Total Score : 100 Marks

 

2.Interview & Document Verification : On the basis of CBE marks and requirement , candidates will be shortlisted for Interview.

Selection Procedure (For Supervisor Trainees) consists of following steps :-

1.Computer Based Examination (CBE)

2.Document Verification

3. Medical Examination

4. Appointment

 

1.Computer Based Examination (CBE) :

 

Total Score : 100 Marks

The final merit order shall be prepared only on the basis of CBE Score.

 

2.Document Verification: All shortlisted candidates must attend Document Verification process to be place on the merit list.

 

Salary (Emoluments ) and Allowances for Engineer Trainees (ETs) : 

Salary during Training Period : Pay Scale of Rs 50,000-1,60,000/- per month with  basic pay of Rs 50,000/-.

Salary after Training Period/Regular Job :  Pay Scale of Rs 60,000-1,80,000/- per month with  basic pay of Rs 60,000/-.

 

Allowances : Dearness Allowance, Perks and other Allowances & benefits such as Leave, Medical facilities for self and dependent family members, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Uniform, Company’s accommodation or HRA etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules as applicable from time to time.

 

The approximate CTC is Rs 12.0 Lakhs per annum for ETs.

 

Salary (Emoluments ) and Allowances for Supervisor Trainees (STs) : 

Salary during Training Period : Pay Scale of Rs 32,000-1,00,000/- per month with  basic pay of Rs 32,000/-.

Salary after Training Period/Regular Job :  Pay Scale of Rs 33,500-1,20,000/- per month with  basic pay of Rs 33,500/-.

 

Allowances : Dearness Allowance, Perks and other Allowances & benefits such as Leave, Medical facilities for self and dependent family members, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Uniform, Company’s accommodation or HRA etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules as applicable from time to time.

 

The approximate CTC is Rs 7.5 Lakhs per annum for ETs.
