King George's Medical University  (KGMU) , Uttar Pradesh , Lucknow ,India  has released a official notification for vacancy in  different Group - B and Group - C Posts in Non Teaching departments. 1.Technical Officer (Medical Perfusion)

Qualification:-

B.Sc. Degree with certificate of Perfusion Technology awarded by recognized Institution/ Association/ Authority (Such as Association of CVTS of India) after training 5 years experience in the field as Perfusionist.

 

2.Technician (Radiology)

Pay Scale : Level-6

Qualification:-

1. 10+2 with Science subjects or equivalent and

2. Diploma (2 yrs. course) in Radiography Techniques from a recognized Institution and

3. 1 year experience as a Radiographer and

OR

B.Sc. (Hons.) (3 yrs. course) in Radiography from a recognized Institution.

 

3.Technician (Radiotherapy)

Pay Scale : Level-6

7.Jr. Medical Lab Technologist (Lab)

10+2 with Science Subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology)

&

2 years regular Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any Govt. recognized/university/ institution with One year relevant experience in a Laboratory attached with a hospital having minimum 100 beds.

 

8.OT Assistant (OT)

Pay Scale : Level-5

No Of Posts : 65

Qualification:-

(i) B. Sc. OR 10+2 with Science with 05 years experience in the following areas.(a) OT (b) ICU(c) CSSD (d) Manifold Room(e) Anesthesia (f) Interventional Radiology (g) Bronchoscopy (h) Endoscopy(i) Cardiac Cath Lab.

 

Desirable:-

(i) Preference will be given to candidates with Certificate/ Diploma course in OT Techniques from recognized Hospital/Institutions.

(ii) Work experience shall be considered, if the candidate has worked in a private or public sector/Hospital of at least 500 beds.

 

9.Technician (Nuclear medicine)

Pay Scale : Level-5

Qualification:-

(i) B.Sc. In Life science and other science plus one year diploma in Medical Radiation and Isotope Techniques (DMRIT) OR equivalent approved by AERB.

 

Desirable:-One year post diploma (DMRIT) in a registered Nuclear Medicine facility.

 

10.Technician Gr 2 (Dental)

Pay Scale : Level-4

Qualification:-

Essential:(i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized University/ Board.

(ii) Diploma/Certificate from a recognized Institution in Dental Hygiene; or Dental Mechanic; or Maxillofacial prosthesis and Orthodontic appliances.

(iii) Registered as Dental Hygienist/ Dental Mechanic with Dental Council.

 

Desirable: Experience in a Dental Department of a Hospital for one year.

Essential: (i) Master's Degree in Social Work from a recognized University/Institution.

15.Librarian Grade 2

Qualification:-

Essential: (i) B.Sc degree or equivalent with diploma in Library Science from a recognized University or

(ii) Bachelor degree in Library Science or Library & Information service from recognized University or Institute.

 

Desirable:

(i) Two years experience of acquisition of books, periodicals and documentation work in a library of Standing or repute;

(ii) Computer Knowledge with typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.

16.Assistant Security Officer

Pay Scale : Level-8

No Of Posts : 11

 

Qualification:-

Essential:

(i) Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; and

(ii) Following Physical Standards:

(a) Height: 170 cms. Minimum (Relaxable by 5 cms only for residents of hill areas)

(b) Chest: 81 cms (85 cms. After expansion) (Relaxable by 5 cms. only for residents of hill areas).

 

(c) Should possess sound health free from defect/deformity/disease. Vision in both eyes should be 6/12 (without glasses). There should be no color blindness. (Candidates claiming relaxation in height and chest will have to produce the certificate to this effect from the competent authority viz., Deputy commissioner/Distt. Magistrates/ Tehsildars of their places of residence).

(iii) Experience for at least 5 years in deeping security preferably in a hospital/medical institution of repute.

 

Desirable :
(i) Armed Forces personnel

OR

the ranked Subedar or Inspectors of Police Civil/Para Military/ Military Forces.

 

Age limit of direct recruits: Not exceeding 35 years. Age limit is also relaxable for Ex-Servicemen as per Central Govt. instructions.) 

 

17.Computer Programmer

Pay Scale : Level-10

Qualification:- Holder of BE / B.Tech (Comp. Sc./ Comp. Engg.) or Post graduation in Computer Application.

 

Selection Procedure and Exam Pattern

Selection Process: The selection will be done based on the marks obtained in the Common Recruitment Test (CRT). There will be no interview .

 

Common Recruitment Test (CRT)

Total duration - 2 hours .

Total score -  100 marks,

Question type - multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

 

The examination will primarily be conducted in English, with Hindi offered as an option where possible (for non-technical posts).

 

Examination will be either computer-based or pen-and-paper format.

 

The distribution of marks is as follows:

subject(s) related to the post -  60 marks  (corresponding to the required qualification level)

General English - 10 marks

General Knowledge - 10 marks

Reasoning - 10 marks

Mathematical Aptitude - 10 marks


Marking Scheme : Each correct answer will earn 1 mark, while 1/3 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

There will be negative marking.


Minimum qualifying marks for the CRT are:

50% for General, EWS, and OBC candidates

45% for SC and ST candidates

 

Results: Examination marks will be declared on the website.

 

Verification of Documents : Physical verification of original documents at KGMU .

 

Appointment Letters:  Issued to successful candidates based on the merit list and category, provided their documents have been verified.
