- Exam fee contains exam fee plus online processing fee as per category. PWDs exempt from exam fee but pay online processing fee only.
- Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years as on 1 July 2025. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC is 5 years, for PWD is 15 years, and for Ex-Army candidates 3 years plus service rendered.

Application for Assistant Teacher, Trained Graduate Grade exam must be submitted online using O.T.R. based system at https://otr.pariksha.nic.in and https://uppsc.up.nic.in. Application submitted through any other medium will not be accepted. Candidates must complete O.T.R. registration and fee payment by 28.08.2025.
The application submission process includes four stages: O.T.R. Authentication, Application Submission, Fee Payment, and Final Form Print. Candidates must ensure that all information is accurate as changes after the last date will not be entertained.
Reservation, age relaxation and eligibility conditions are strictly as per Govt. rules. Candidates must have required educational qualifications as per prescribed subjects and must enclose self attested certificates as required.

Syllabus Overview for Assistant Teacher Examination 2025
The syllabus covers a wide range of subjects specific to the teaching posts including Hindi, English, Math, Science, Social Science, Biology, Art, Sanskrit, Music, Urdu, Home Science, Commerce, Physical Education, Agriculture, and Computer among others.
Detailed topics for each subject include fundamental concepts, history, theoretical knowledge, practical applications and relevant educational pedagogical content.
Special education subjects like Braille script and Indian Sign Language are also included for specific teacher positions.
Vacancy and Reservation Details
Total vacancies for Assistant Teacher Trained Graduate Grade Examination 2025 are 7466 with 4860 vacancies for male branch and 2525 for female branch. Reservation for various categories including SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PWD, Ex-Servicemen, dependents of freedom fighters, outstanding sports persons, and skilled players are applicable as per rules.
