Join a committed team of over 6000 development professionals at Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS), an autonomous society operating under Rural Development Department, Govt. of Bihar.

BRLPS has been designated as the State Rural Livelihoods Mission to scale up the "JEEViKA" model in all 534 blocks of 38 districts in Bihar.

JEEViKA has successfully organized nearly 1.3 crore rural poor households into 10.47 lakh women Self Help Groups under more than 69,000 Village Organizations and 1646 Cluster Level Federations.

These institutions have generated own funds of approximately Rs. 11,000 Crore and leveraged Rs. 35,000 Crore from banks, impacting livelihoods across Bihar markedly.

The selection process is primarily through a Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of multiple-choice questions on General Knowledge, Reasoning, Quantitative aptitude, Subject Knowledge and Computer Proficiency.

The total marks for CBT vary by post: 70 marks for most posts and 60 marks for Office Assistant & Block IT Executive.

For certain posts, a typing test in Hindi and English is also conducted with minimum cut-offs per category (UR 50%, EWS/BC/EBC 45%, SC/ST 40%).

• Only Bihar domicile candidates are eligible for reservation benefits.
• Application fee payment is non-refundable.
• Applications must be submitted online by 18 August 2025.
• Extensive field visits are associated with all posts.
• False information or document falsification will result in cancellation and legal action.

Vacancies are reserved for various categories including UR, EWS, BC, EBC, WBC, SC, ST, Divyang and Freedom Fighters with detailed breakdown for each post.

Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms: 3 years for OBC & females, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PWD candidates.
