- Download, check details, and print admit card.
Physical/Skill/Document Test Requirements
- No physical or skill test required. Selection is only through written Computer Based Test.

Exam Overview & Main Highlights
CSIR-UGC NET June 2026 is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor/Ph.D. admission in Indian universities. The exam will be held on 17 & 18 July 2026 for 5 science subjects in Computer Based mode.

Salary / Pay Scale Details (Post-wise)
- Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): ₹37,000 per month (plus HRA as applicable) for first 2 years.
- Assistant Professor: As per UGC/University rules, typically Level 10 (₹57,700) plus allowances.
Application Correction/Edit Window Process
You can edit submitted application details between 22 June to 23 June 2026 (11:50 PM) via online correction facility on the CSIR NET portal. Check confirmation after correction.

Eligibility Criteria (Age, Qualification, Nationality)
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. or equivalent/Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 Years/BE/B.Tech/B.Pharma/MBBS with 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwD/Third Gender).
- Age Limit (for JRF): Up to 28 years as on 01-07-2026.
- Assistant Professor: No upper age limit.
- Nationality: Indian Citizens only.
- Final year students may apply provided result is declared before certificate issue.
