Selection Procedure and Exam Pattern of : Delhi High Court HJS Recruitment 2024-2025

Selection Procedure consists of following steps :- 

1. Preliminary Examination 

2.Mains Examination 

3.Interview Or Viva-Voce.

4.Document Verification 

5.Medical Examination

6.Merit list and Appointment

 

 

 

1. Preliminary Examination : (Objective Type)

Negative Marking  :  25% of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. 

Total question : 150 Questions

Total Score : 150 Marks

One Mark for each question.

 

2.Mains Examination  : (Written)

The mains Examination consists of 4 papers.

Paper – I : General Knowledge & Language - 150 Marks

Paper – II : Law - I    - 200 Marks

Paper – III : Law - II    - 200 Marks

Paper – IV : Law - III    - 200 Marks

 

3.Interview Or Viva-Voce.

Total Score of interview - 250 Marks

 

The minimum qualifying percentage of marks in all steps of Judicial Exam :

Preliminary Examination - 50% Marks

Mains Examination (Written)- 45% Marks in each Paper and 50% Marks in aggregate

Viva-voce- 50% Marks
