How to Apply
First fill online application form from website www.msdsu.ac.in , then send it by post.
Complete applications , in all respects , shall be submitted through online mode latest by 23 September 2024 and hard copy of all the application with necessary supporting documents ,self -attested copies of degree certificates /marks sheets/experience certificate/category certificate /publication/reprints issued by the competent authority form shall be submitted through speed / registered post. So as to reach the Registrar , Maharaja Suhel Dev State University , Azamgarh - 276128 latest by 30 September 2024.
The applications received after due date /incomplete application/ not duly singed / without application fee / without attested copies of the certificates/ educational qualifications /experience (Academic Research score Chart ) or not in the prescribed Proforma will not be considered.
The name of the post and subject must be mentioned on top of the envelop.
Separate application along with application fee must be submitted for each position applied for.
Reservation Policy will be followed as per Government of U.P . Rules.
The candidate must enclose the income tax return statement and salary slip of last three years if already employed in public/private sector.
The SC/ST/OBC(Non-creamy layer) /DA /EWS candidates are required to attach necessary certificate(s) (Self-attested copy )as prescribed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh only.
The benefit of reservation will be applicable to the resident of Uttar Pradesh Only.
The candidates must attach the domicile certificate if would like to avail the benefit of reservation.
Job Requirement and condition
Candidates applying for the position of Professor and Associate Professor are advised to satisfy themselves before applying that they possess the minimum Research Score , as per UGC/AICTE Regulation as applicable . Such candidates are required to submit the attested copies of their appointment letter , joining letter and proof of the pay scale and grade pay for their previous and present posts/posts held as claimed for teaching experience.
For the position of Professor , minimum one successful ph.D research guidance (awarded) is essential and its proof should be attached with the form.
The candidates selected shall be appointed under a written contract on probation for a period of one year extendable by one more year if required as prescribed by the Act, Statutes and Ordinances of University .
Candidates working in Govt. /Semi Govt. / public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Institutions , etc. are required to submit their applications through proper channel.
