CCRAS Recruitment 2025

Read Carefully: The recruitment notification published by CCRAS details vacancies, eligibility criteria, reservation, fee structure, selection procedure, exam syllabus and dates. Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility conditions before applying. Online application is the only mode to apply. Fee payment through specified gateways only. Examination centers are across 40+ cities.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Ex-Servicemen/Women categories are exempted from examination fees but must pay non-refundable processing fees. Age relaxations are available as per government norms. Selection involves computer based test followed by interview for Group A posts.

Apply timely: Starting date is 1 August 2025 and closing date is 31 August 2025. Modification window available from 3 to 5 September 2025.

Age Relaxation Details:

• 5 years for SC/ST candidates
• 3 years for OBC candidates
• 10 years for PWD (UR) candidates
• 13 years for PWD (OBC-NCL)
• 15 years for PWD (SC/ST)
• 3 years for Ex-Servicemen on military service deduction
• Other relaxations for Jammu & Kashmir domicile, meritorious sports persons, widowed/divorced women

Reservation is as per Government of India norms for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PWD and Ex-Servicemen categories.

The application fee is payable online only via State Bank of India ePay or other specified gateways. Fee differs for Group A, B, and C posts. Payment must be completed by 31 August 2025, 1800 hours. Candidates belonging to exempted categories must pay only processing fee.

Retain payment acknowledgement slip for future reference. Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Selection for Group A posts includes Computer Based Test (CBT) of 70 marks plus Interview of 30 marks. Group B and C posts selection is based on CBT of 100 marks only.

There is negative marking of 0.25 for incorrect answers except for MTS posts. Candidates must score minimum qualifying marks (SC/ST/PWD 25%, others 30%).

Detailed syllabus for each post is provided in the notification. Duration of CBT varies by group and category.
