Selection Process
- Preliminary Exam: Objective type with two papers - General Studies & Engineering Aptitude (2 hours, 200 marks), Engineering Discipline (3 hours, 300 marks).
- Main Exam: Conventional descriptive type with two papers of 3 hours each, focusing on the chosen engineering discipline.
- Interview/Personality Test: Personal interview assessing personality and suitability, carrying about 200 marks.

Total of 474 posts split across multiple engineering disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Telecommunication in various Group A and B services including Central Engineering Service, Defence Services, Indian Naval Services, MES, GSI, and others.
