Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced for the recruitment to the Posts of Deputy Engineer (E-II) on Fixed Term Basis for 5 years (Extendable Upto 02 years)  .Total alloted seats under this Vacancy is 23.

Selection Procedure consists of following Phases : -

1.Written Test 

2.Interview

3.Medical Examination

4.Appointment

 

Written Test  :

Total Score - 150 marks   

Written Test for 150 marks consisting of:

a) General Aptitude : comprises of general mental ability and aptitude to logical reasoning, analytical, comprehension ability, basic numeracy, data interpretation skills and general knowledge.

 

b) Technical Aptitude : consists of technical/professional knowledge test with specific questions from respective discipline.

 

 

The qualifying marks for the Written Test will be as under:

 GENERAL (UR)/ EWS /OBC-  35% Marks

 SC / ST / PwD -   30% Marks 

 

Selection will be based on the performance of the candidate in both the Written Test and Interview.

 

Pay Scale  : 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000 and Approx. CTC of Rs.12 Lacs-12.5Lacs.

 

Allowances :  Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 35% on annual basic pay, Performance related Pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, Gratuity (if applicable) etc. as per Company rules will be a part of remuneration package.
